Rocky Anderson is the president of ADC Wastewater Engineering, a firm with over 30 years of experience in wastewater treatment, reclamation, and reuse across diverse sectors. Rocky’s affiliations include the Water Environment Federation and the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association and sits on the technical advisory boards of the Washington State Department of Health and King County Health Department. Rocky is an active musician, speaker, and proud father of 3.

As co-founder of BusyKid, an app that provides kids with real life experiences in earning and managing money.

LEE BENSON

With more than 25 years of experience as a CEO, including Able Aerospace – a company he grew from 3 to 500 employees with 15 consecutive years of 20 percent compounded average annual growth.
Lee is active in the business and philanthropy communities and has authored two New York Times best selling books.

TOM FORESE

Tom Forese is the founder and CEO of Leaderboard, an Arizona based leadership mastermind. His background includes founding and operating several small businesses. He spent several years serving the public in the Arizona House of Representatives and the Arizona Corporation Commission. He and his wife Casey have four children and enjoy music and travel.

COTY YOUTSEY

Coty Youtsey is the chief executive officer of Channel Master, a consumer electronics company founded in 1949. Coty is actively engaged in youth sports and local charities.
